convenient location with ample space
ample space hotel parking
the room was spacious, providing ample space to relax after a day of exploring. the elevators were plentiful, minimizing wait times even during peak hours. i found the hotel's parking convenient as i pleased.
the heater malfunctioned, leaving the room very cold during a particularly cold night. it took multiple attempts and technician visits to resolve the issue, inconvenient.

the room was large and well kept, providing ample space for luggage. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. there was no noise from neighboring rooms which was a plus.

excellent stay with excellent features
central location immediate upgrade dining options amazing food
The location was amazing, placing me steps away from lively bars and restaurants. A convenience store nearby added extra convenience. i received an immediate upgrade to the 26th floor. The view was lovely. the hotel offered various dining options, including a rotating restaurant with amazing food and views! the ground floor restaurant was also very tasty.
the showers for the pool were not working, a slight inconvenience.

The room was spacious and clean! it provided a great view from the upper floor. the room's maintenance was acceptable and addressed quickly. I found the room quite comfortable.

The rotating restaurant served excellent food with a wonderful panoramic view! the ground floor restaurant also offered tasty options. Both restaurants provided convenient and high-quality dining experiences. i appreciated these culinary offerings.

The hotel is next to abraham plains. Old town is approximately a 20-minute walk. i found the location quite accessible to nearby attractions. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

noisy air conditioning rusty plug
The hotel's location is close to many restaurants.
The bedroom felt quite dated and collected dust. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud and full of visible dust. The bath plug had rust.
